Purchasing ISO Parts
Where to buy your ISO parts is a common question banded around. Quite rightly so as, one, we need bits so our boats and ourselves can function properly; and two, it isn't common knowledge where to source bits from! There are several sources of supply depending upon what you want and if you want it new or second hand. Obviously (or at least I hope this is obvious), the list below shows by default the source for buying new unless stated otherwise. If you want second hand, then the message board on this website has a "for sale" and "wanted" section on it:

HOWEVER, you can also use anything that fits or even make your own from ANY material, so long as you comply with ISO Class Rules Section 3 part (f) The Class technical committee are currently working with Rooster and other builders to come up with a standard carbon stock for the boat. |

These are available from either supplier. You can either buy a bendy ali one, or a stiff Carbon one, both are legal. You can even obtain your own tube and dress it yourself, so long as you comply with the ISO Class Rules Section 4 Part (p) and the Boom Technical Drawing detailing the take off points for the mainsheet and kicker. |
